Project PR Relief is a volunteer-run 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN 66-1137096) delivering clean water and emergency relief to communities in Puerto Rico.

• Contact form: name, email, and the message you choose to send. Our form opens your email client and sends the message directly to help@projectprrelief.org.
• Donations: processed by third-party payment providers linked from our Ways to Donate page. Project PR Relief does not store your card or bank details on this site.
• Basic site analytics: standard request logs from our hosting provider used to keep the site running.

We use the information you send us to reply to your message, coordinate volunteer or partnership requests, and acknowledge donations. We do not sell your information.

• Email: messages sent through the contact form reach our team inbox.
• Donation processors: handled by the providers listed on the Ways to Donate page under their own terms and privacy policies.

• Traffic to this site is served over HTTPS.
• We do not run our own payment processing; donation data is handled by the providers we link to.
• Access to our team inbox is limited to Project PR Relief volunteers who need it to respond.

Security is a shared responsibility between our hosting provider, the third-party services we use, and Project PR Relief.

You can request a copy or deletion of information you have sent us by emailing help@projectprrelief.org. We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe.

If you believe you have found a security or privacy issue affecting this site, please email help@projectprrelief.org with details so we can investigate.

All donations made to Project PR Relief are non-refundable. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, contributions are allocated immediately to relief operations and water delivery efforts in Puerto Rico. Because funds are committed to the mission upon receipt, we are unable to process refund requests.
